Change That Podcast
An innovative series of conversations with the change-makers re-imagining tomorrow
About the Podcast
Change That is a podcast series dedicated to sharing illuminating stories, ideas, and projects from change-makers around the world, who are reimagining the future through acts of positive change.
The vision is to invite a diverse range of guests to engage in conversations about being agents of change within their fields, exploring themes related to the future of industries such as work, healthcare, education, urban planning, policy-making, retail, finance, wellness, food, and more.
Finding Inspiration in Chaos
This journey was inspired by my personal experience navigating significant changes, from physical relocations and virtual connections to online education and the emotional impact of corruption in my hometown of Beirut, compelling my family to move out of our home country. These disruptions pushed me out of my comfort zone, fueling my curiosity to understand and find inspiration in the midst of uncertainty.
The project was born out of labor of passion during the final year of my capstone project, where I explored a year of change and how our new habits are reshaping culture.
This research led me to ask a pivotal question: What will we be craving in a post-pandemic world?
Imagining the Future
The opportunity was clear—a whole new world is waiting to be re-designed and re-imagined. This prototype is just the beginning, paving the way for future series that explore the future of our industries and systems. The goal is to shift how people perceive change, share impactful stories, and inspire others about the possibilities of tomorrow!
Outcome
My research inspired the development of a prototype aimed at easing transitions into the "new normal."
Building on my thesis research insights, I launched this podcast series to reshape how people perceive change, sharing impactful stories that spark hope and envision future possibilities. Podcasting, with its accessibility and widespread appeal, proved to be the ideal platform for experimentation and effective communication.
