In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, economic data points and statistics were collected, to identify shifts in economic trends, societal trends to uncover changes in people's lifestyles, and technology trends were explored to understand emerging uses of technology. To enhance the analysis, a Johari Window and Cultural Mapping Matrix were sketched out based on the gathered data points. These tools helped in better understanding the trends that are shaping the wellness industry.
