Welcome to my analog-to-digital drawing project! It all began with a deep dive into the tactile realm, where I meticulously hand-drew the elevator area at the renowned Parsons School of Design building, capturing its essence in perspective. Shifting gears into the digital realm, I embraced the power of Adobe Illustrator to trace and refine my analog sketches, breathing new life into them. The result? Stunning fuchsia elevators and striking wallpaper transport viewers into a world of enchantment.

I began this project by delving into the analog realm, meticulously hand-drawing in perspective the elevator area at the esteemed Parsons School of Design building. Transitioning into the digital realm, I traced back my drawings on Adobe Illustrator to digitally outline the lines of my sketches. I then took inspiration from the captivating ambiance of Paul's Cocktail Lounge at the Roxy Hotel in Tribeca. Infused with an exotic and vibrant pink atmosphere, I sought to recreate this energy through designing fuchsia elevators and striking wallpaper, in which I incorporated an original photograph of the graffiti discovered at the lounge, preserving its urban essence and adding depth to the overall composition. In a stroke of ingenuity, I repurposed real-life artifacts by scanning and repurposing their components, culminating in captivating wall signs that breathe new life into the space.
