Our approach for this project was rooted in a user-centric philosophy. As part of IBM's Cloud Garage Team, we began by conducting extensive user research to gain a deep understanding of the diverse user base and their unique needs. Our design process was marked by constant iteration and feedback loops with the client, ensuring that the platform we were creating not only met the functional requirements but also addressed the needs of a diverse user base, ultimately representing a transformative step forward in enhancing the digital presence of our Government partner.
